For lunch we recommend a selection of the most delicious open sandwiches, for dinner, our signature menu Sulten.

At Kranen, we like to share. Chef Khang is very fond of seafood, shellfish and spices. He is inspired by this food concept from Louisiana and wants to create the same atmosphere and vibe at Kranen. "My idea of creating a seafood boil fits in well with Kranen's concept of sharing food. The seafood boil tradition originated in Louisiana, where they take crawfish, shrimp, crab and vegetables and boil it all together with Cajun spices and stock. When it's ready, they dump everything in the pot out onto the table and everyone shares the food." He selects the best of the seasonal seafood. Crab, prawns, various shells, spicy sausage from Slakt, Cajun sauce, herbs, potatoes, corn and bread are served.
